ABOUT THE MEETING
The CCOI executive committee and working group leaders invite you to view the recordings of this second meeting of the Collaborative Community on Ophthalmic Imaging, which gathered experts from around the world and across academia, government
institutions, patient groups, and the private sector to discuss the opportunities and challenges of real-world implementation of AI in ophthalmic imaging for diagnosis and treatment in ophthalmology. Diseases addressed will include diabetic
retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinopathy of prematurity, ocular oncology, and glaucoma. Key opinion leaders in the field will focus on addressing and harmonizing the key medical and regulatory foundational principles including safety
and efficacy, with other important requirements including ethics, and handling protected health and personal identifiable information (PHI and PII) in the rapidly evolving information age.
Sincerely,
The 2022 CCOI Executive Committee
